      Pros

      Hard work is rewarded, small enough company to know almost everyone, but big enough to have good benefits, an amazing 401k, and several strong business groups. I feel like my contributions are noticed, recognized, and appreciated. A group of front line employees makes up an Engagement Committee, which has an actual budget, whose purpose is to create fun contests and events for all employees to have fun at work.

      The hard work and busy environment isn't for everyone.

      Pros

      It's an ok place to learn open deck. They have a few good people working in the office.

      Cons

      The upper management lies to its contractors all the time. They don't care if you make a living there. They will try to starve you out. They steal money from you and won't pay you for what they said they would. The equipment they put you in is worn out and you will spend more time in the shop then wondering. Also Richard Donnelly is not the president
