Pros

-Great staff and environment -Tickets and discounts to games for friends and family or for FedExField events in general -You don't feel a "wrath" like most sales teams. There are hard times especially with a sports team that doesn't perform the greatest and front office moves that kill momentum, but even with all that, you just brush it off and continue your work -upgrading the lead system -there is quarterly commission

Cons

-it's sales, heck yes there's tough days when it's outbound calling people that a) hate dan Snyder b) hate Bruce Allen c) protesting the NFL d) had a bad experience and will never come back no matter how hard you reason with them e) think Redskins is offensive (yet somehow didn't way before this past decade. Yeah it's an offensive name we all can agree) f) not even redskins fans but somehow on the lead list -you will be suited and booted on gamedays that means clean shaven and business professional which can be hella uncomfortable during hot games and cold games almost no in between it feels like most games -it's 9-6 40 hour work weeks with OT though for events. Part timers are 29 hours flexible though* -pay. Minimum PG county wage is the pay here. You cannot live off this in the area off this unless you have financial help with parents or whatever. It sucks cuz you bust your jump and do great and yet you're worried about finances. This is really the only true Con and that's frustrating for such a storied and rich franchise. Turnover can get high at times because of this and you lose great people (not managements fault though)

Pros

seeing the games for free

Cons

upper management is terrible. Everyone wants to get to the top and will pull you down in the process. The title goes to everyone heads there, no one is humble at all
