Pros

Flexible hours, very accommodating of employees needing time off, friendly management, low stress work environment, upgraded equipment and lots of manuals.

Cons

Very low pay, communication is friendly but comes down suddenly and without warning, did I mention extremely low pay?, and very little hours.
