Pros

It was employment and some of the people were good.

Cons

The management ignored that some reps were not doing anything correct in order to increase their number of answered calls, and pushed the good reps to fix all the screwups and then reprimanded those good reps for not being able to rewrite contracts and completely rebuild accounts for the dishonest reps within the allotted call time frame average. This issue was brought to management attention multiple times and the good reps were told to try harder.

Servant Leadership culture with a work hard, hard play hard mentality. Great people.

Cons

Must relocate to move up in the company. A lot of the locations are not in desirable areas.

Pros

Pay is decent, but slightly below average

Cons

Under qualified coworkers If you are a good mechanic your going to worked to death while other skaters by. Advancement beyond shop lead requires a significant pay cut to move up to maintenance manager. No training opportunities Unrealistic expectations, no work life balance Expected to stay until “everything is fixed” Pulling teeth to down a truck
