      Pros

      Fast-paced, lots to do to keep busy.

      Cons

      No overtime pay, 9-10 hour days minimum, the people in charge are not experienced enough and often are not open to suggestion. Office staff are not unionized (drivers/loaders/mechanics are) and are often overlooked when it comes to prioritizing people's needs.

      Great culture, great team and great assets.

      Cons

      Lack of flex days and official work from home policy. Pension plan is also somewhat weaker than other energy peers.

      Pros

      Management through, supervisors, curated a lack-luster embarrassing culture that leached it's way to operators and office staff. Would happily remove this company from my resume.

      Cons

      They think they are top tier professionals. Their perception is flawed.
