      Management want you to succeed; Opportunities for growth; Taking ownership of your line of work is encouraged; The CEO will respond to an email;

      Cons

      Long hours; no work-life balance as there is always garbage; work holidays; Pay level does not account for cost of living in this city; Pay does not help even a little to make up for the lost family time; Finance department can act like children and get petty; entry level jobs are incredibly complex

      Amazing culture, great place to work. Really invest in leadership and teaming.

      Cons

      Can be long hours, particularly during budget season. Close and forecast can also have very tight deadlines.
