      Pros

      Waste Connections will provide you with a non-stop workload. You will never have to worry about hours. They also have great office parties.

      Cons

      -Poor benefits for hourly workers. - Work every other Saturday - Often a high stress environment when it does not need to be. This causes workers to be nervous and make mistakes. - Re-location often required for advancement

      Can do what you want and not get fired, work basically your own hours and get overtime up the kazoo.

      Great guys to work with, GM is a joke

      Pros

      work with some great guys, who care about being safe and taking care of customers. Long hours, overtime almost a guarantee.

      Cons

      Management. Guy I report to isnt bad but he has no power to change anything. Head guy only talked to me once when he made me listen to him talk about some leadership paper I had to sign. Nothing on that paper is followed.
