Managers are cool Good pay - based on experience 50 hours mandatory - nothing above 60 allowed.

Cons

Long shifts Expect 10-12 hour shifts daily, only up to 60 hours a week. Forced to work Saturdays on holiday weeks when you already work mandatory overtime daily - yes this means you’re forced to trade you Saturday for the Holiday. It’s the Waste Industry so it literally smells bad - at least most of the time. You will get used to it by the end of your first year.

Fair Base Salary Commission Structure and Mileage Pay benefit even the worst sales people. Freedom throughout day to set your own schedule.

Cons

-Holding Clients to contracts they are unaware they signed and have often been tricked into. -Juggling the customer service role of account manager with actually selling contracts.
