Pros

Decent pay. That's about it.

Cons

Just look at all the other recent reviews. See if you can spot the actual employees! No room for growth. Poor management. Turnover. You name it, we got it.

Pros

Small non-automotive company. Easy going work atmosphere. Nice wages and no weekend work.

Cons

Inexperienced staff. Outsourcing a lot of the factory jobs. Executive management never on the floor, more concerned with travel to outsource work.

Pros

Nice environment, a lot of great co-workers

Cons

Executive management claims to care about its employees, but just goes through the motions. There are a lot of good Managers and a lot of good people at Watchfire Signs Just beware of the HR Department. It is unprofessional at best. They discuss confidential information in the open, the Director is unsupervised and picks and chooses how to interpret policy, she has been allowed to run off the best people we had.
