Someone rigid structure, could be a little more lax on things like dress code, especially for engineers.

The company is very good about taking care of its employees. Employees are recognized for the things that they do. Watchfire is also great about understanding that the employees have families and are quick to remind you that you need to put your family first.

Cons

Some of the social events are on weeknights when some of the employees are out of town.
