Nepotism - if you are not related to a higher up good luck advancing at this company. You will most likely have to deal with the idiot brother in law or the under qualified mistress as a supervisor. This also extends to the hiring of friends. Not because they are the most qualified people for the job but these people would not be in these positions without a whole lot of help. HR is utter trash they run around acting like middle aged mean girls. One poor receptionist was told that she was not stylish enough in her review. Mind you, she was always professionally dressed. This behavior is demoralizing over time because there are some truly decent, kind, and qualified people who work there. There is a lack of diversity; higher roles are very clearly for one type of person. I would not say this is LGBTQ friendly as many people hid their identity in fear of retaliation.
