Smart Start-up environment providing many opportunities to perform and learn new skills as well as owning new programs and defining new growth strategies. Founders focus on espirit de corp and establishing a strong team environment and culture. Performance pace is fast, and focus/results must be superior to competition with extreme focus on Customer/Client success. Require team first attitude and desire to constantly learn and adapt to Customer and Prospect needs.

Cons

Start-up environment stresses and limits of budget size and "extras" Must be able to move at speed, perform role, and be measured on accomplishments and results.

- Easy going employees - Located close to SF caltrain station for commuters - full-stocked kitchen for snacks/drinks - flexible work schedule, but please don't be that person abusing it =) - quarterly/yearly bonuses - most importantly FUN!

Cons

- Office wi-fi can be wonky
