Waterfall is a fantastic company if you are looking for autonomy in your work and want to be surrounded by a fun group of folks. Almost everyone at the company is really kind, helpful, and willing to try new things. Overall, the people are the best part of working at Waterfall. Also, the schwag is amazing, Waterfall's corporate culture and branding is awesome.

Cons

Waterfall has two major issues that I noticed. The first was a lack of professional development programs or initiatives. Growing your career and skill set is not emphasized and because of that it can often feel like you're professionally treading water. The second major issue is Waterfall management often talks about it as a startup, even though it's been in business for almost 10 years. This may seem like semantics but issues about disorganization, allocation of funds, shifting responsibilities, are reasoned away with the "this is a startup things change fast."

Pros

The staff is a mishmash of all types of people and personalities that get along wonderfully. Management cares as much about the individual as they do about how well your job is being done. There is trust and freedom to get your work done well and by the deadlines. I love not being micromanaged!

Cons

Currently in a transition point with the physical work space, but manageable.
