1. Hires both new educated and people with years of experience 2. Good payment and benefits, as well as good understanding of employees needs for doing there job 3. when you are done for the day you are done.

Cons

The catering food is not that bad or super, but mostly you get the canteen food of other companies while doing service.

Car (but beware of taxes), good foot in the door at other companies, 401k match is decent

Don't bother if you're under 40 and don't have kids. MGMT doesn't respect your opinion. Constant tracking on your phone, horrible paperwork system, bad pay, gotta wait for older people to leave to free up salary and titles, forced hourly system and capped OT
