Company is not healthy internally. I have not been allowed to hire American employees in a long time, only people overseas because they cost less. These people aren't Waters employees however, they work for a contractor in India (Infosys) that is now spamming this site with positive reviews so they can lure new hires in.Here are some fake/non-Waters reviews from the last month (titles only, scroll down to see them yourself): -Overall experience -Great people -Great company -Waters -Very friendly Team How do I know they're fake? They have the classic InfoSys trademark of being not even full sentence long, only lists generic positives, and is either written by a former employee with no title or an "employee" of less than one year (please note that GCC/InfoSys employees are NOT Waters employees even though they pretend to be on these reviews. While I am not sure why these reviews are being spammed, I suspect it has something to do with the GCC losing employees weekly, and desperately trying to attract new Infosys people to work for pennies on the dollar overseas.
