The people are nice. The developers are competent in their job, care about their work, and try to make good products.

Cons

Developers are *buried* in red tape, process, and procedures. The several layers of management is too much. I have so much more I would like to say but I can't risk being identified by the content.

Good people, mostly trying to get quality work done. Good cafe where you will often see many of upper management. two gyms to get a workout in mid day.

Cons

Too much middle management spending their hours trying to eek another drop of blood out of stone. Too many people and processes geared towards managing people, not enough people working on products.
