      Pros

      Good people work at Waters and it is very common to find employees who have worked in Milford for 15+ years. Leadership has been stable and accessible.

      Cons

      No career growth - you get pigeon holed into a role. Also no appetite for risk. Very conservative company.

      Pros

      The pay is fair but you will make more if you are a technical expert and have an advanced degree. Most managers are very flexible and the company is very family-friendly. Career training is strongly encouraged.

      Cons

      Too many people at Waters are just putting in their time trying to get to retirement. The majority of the employees put in 7-8 hours and head home.

      Stable business model. Great products.

      Cons

      Slow to change. Difficult to 'push the envelope' and innovate internal processes. Budget is always an issue and hinders company progress. No flexible work schedules which is disappointing.
