Highly technology driven so it is an interesting company to work for with a steady stream of new products. There is good international exposure and communication channels are open and encouraged.
Cons
Promotion seems to be based upon time served rather than real merit. This results in a highly entrenched upper management style and less opportunity for out of the box thinking.
