-Strong culture -Strong pay for Cm role -Strong pay for ACM role -

Cons

-Low pay for leasing and leasing manager -Commission structure was changed last year and now it’s awful -The uniform is literally hilarious you look so dumb and like a car salesman -The marketing team is awful and disrespectful. They’re so rude to the rest of the company - No support from upper level leadership - very hypocritical

Horrible place to work. ZERO young people. Would go days without being acknowledged by co-workers. Gossipy environment. Horrible Management. NOT the place to go to grow your career.
