Managers are hourly and are required to work 45 hours each week (not including lunch). This law of turning workers into hourly was a huge letdown. I stopped feeling like an adult. They have so much reporting for sales people. We had to report everything from our phone calls to emails, to site tours, to cold calls to visits. Everything had to be noted and our bonuses depended on it. At one point I was noting every single phone call I made in a day. Very little accountability from other departments. The sales team was blamed for everything. Corporate should be more careful when hiring directors at each property. They hired a bunch of new managers who really only seemed to care about themselves. Our new director barely showed up to work or worked minimal hours. Another director threatened to fire us within his 3rd week there and generally made us feel useless. This is why I left. I really missed our old culture with the previous managers. They cared and enjoyed being at work.

Not a lot of support from upper management through all of the organizational change. In the end, they don't value their associates.
