Pros

Organized, organized, organized. Had a full training schedule laid out for me from day 1. Corporate is extremely helpful. I've never met a bunch of people who's willing to assist...all you have to do is ask.

Cons

There's always some challenges at any job, but I'm proud to say that I have a great Regional Manager who listens and cares.

Central location in Fort Myers, FL.

Cons

It's a shame when your Manager talks behind your back to everyone in the office rather than being an adult and confronting the situation head on. Lying, avoiding accountability, deceit and cattiness rule the Fort Myers location. Prepare to be hazed!!

Working with customers and seeing people get a new place to live.

Cons

Work life balance is horrible, management is horrible, no perks, horrible place to work. If your not friends with the management they will try to make you quit or find something to fire you for. Even the regional manager will not listen to your complaints. It's a revolving door at this company. The management will sit back in their office . While you run around trying to get everything done and when you do ask for help they have to go! Management has no respect for their employees.
