Some good employees doing their best in a less than ideal environment.

Cons

Leaders are ruthless. Old school management. Only hirer certain candidates to try to show they are diverse when they really aren't. Discriminates against qualified candidates.

Overall, it was a great experience and an amazing opportunity. I really enjoyed the work I was asked to complete and everyone within the company is super friendly.

Cons

I either had really busy days or really slow days. The slow days were really slow and I did would just sit at my desk and do nothing. I just wish I was given more work to complete.
