We have implemented a number of measures to develop the leadership capability of our talent. A few of these initiatives include volume based coaching opportunities, conducting supervisor trainings, communication and collaboration skills trainings and new manager workshops. Additionally, we have started quarterly reviews of our talent at the manager and above levels with the leadership team of each Business/Function, to ensure that the development of our high-performing, high-potential colleagues is further supported.
