Pros

I'm a temp to hire employee and have been working for Watts for 2 weeks. Management is super relaxed, polite and very understanding about family emergencies and bad weather. Even when we are crazy busy, everyone is calm. Even the employees are great. People act like adults.

Cons

The majority of woman are Hispanic (not that is really an issue) but there is a lot of language barriers. They also only speak Spanish when they aren't talking to me so I am very isolated from them. I spend my breaks with the guys.

Pros

Job was easy to learn and easy to do. I worked in the packing and shipping department. As long as you can read and follow directions it is far from difficult. Keeps you moving throughout the shift. You never get much time to sit around which is plus if like me you like physical activity when working. Benefits were really good. Health, vision, dental, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401k with company match up to 6%.

Cons

I don't know where to start with this one. Employee morale is incredibly low at the Export, Pa facility. Wages are laughable. Employees are treated like they don't matter. Favoritism runs rampant throughout all departments. Policies are different depending on who you talk to or how well liked you are. No advancement opportunities based on merit. They are all based on how well liked you are. Raises are also based on how well liked you are, not performance like they say. Management has no clue what is happening on the production floor.

Plumbing company.. not Technology

Pros

Hopefully the new management team is better than what they had in 2010-2014. It couldn't be worse...

Cons

Told repeatedly that this was a "plumbing" company, not technology. Multiple layoffs of long term employees, while adding new high level managers. More managers, less people doing real work. More bonuses to managers, no raises to employees.
