Consistent workload and hours. The pay was on the low end of the scale but the overall benifits package was good.

Cons

Everything was hot and had to be fixed right now because someone higher up messed something up. A lot of putting out someone else's fires.

Pros

Solid company, rich in history with many devoted employees. Various health plans to choose from. The new HR team really cares about the employees and about making a difference.

Cons

Turnover in Franklin was very high but their HR team has vastly improved over the past six to eight months. Some micromanagement and gossip but that is normal for any company. Corporate acts like we are "One Watts" but you don't see many from Corporate visiting Franklin very often.
