I've been fortunate to work for a number of really good companies but Wavetronix stands head and shoulders above everywhere else I've been. They truly care about their people, even if policy isn't perfect and compensation isn't exactly the most competitive. They're conservative w/ their finances and therefore are very stable. They put great investment in our technical and personal growth. There's a great vision for the future.

Cons

If you're looking for the most competitive salary in the world Wavetronix is absolutely not the place for you, and that's fine. That's a conscious decision by the leaders of the company however. Wavetronix is intended to be a place where people focus on the wonderful culture and not on making tons of money. (Benefits are still pretty solid).
