Pros

The people, the benefits, the classes, the environment. It's a place to learn and grow in your career as well as your personal life.

Cons

There is a disconnect between the C-level groups and the lower levels that never used to exist before. There is also a glaring lack of diversity. No women in the higher up groups.

Wavetronix allows you to come up with ideas and run with them. If you're into technical problem solving, engineering and doing things that can change the traffic world, this is a great place!

Cons

Sometimes working at Wavetronix becomes very silo'd -- it seems that the right hand might not know what the left hand is doing, and the engineers really run the show.
