Pros

I've worked at very large and very small companies. Wavetronix is my favorite by far. After over a decade, I'm still excited to come to work. My coworkers are good people making a living together. We try to do right by our employees, our communities, and those we serve.

Cons

If you don't like change, you will hate it here. If you're ok with learning new things and quickly pivoting based on a changing environment, you will enjoy working here.

Pros

Even on my hard days which come from time to time, I look at what's going on w/ layoffs throughout the country and remind myself of the stability we enjoy here. Leadership is very careful with our finances. We've never had a single layoff. Also we have an incredible community with people who care about each other.

Cons

Definitely experiencing growth pains as we move from a mid-sized to a larger size company. Also showers for the exercise area would be nice.
