Free lunch, events for family.

Cons

Wavetronix is a company that will go to great lengths to justify its well-below-average pay. Little to no diversity (especially in upper management) and the owners are more concerned about hiring other white, male Mormons than anything else. If you identify as a woman or non-binary person, are a POC, are part of the LGBTQ+ community, or non-Mormon, I would avoid it at all costs.

Open work environment where the company promotes growth both personally and professionally. Wavetronix is very transparent and keeps employees informed with regular company meetings. Promotes hiring within and provides great opportunities for employee growth and advancement.

Cons

Finding a parking spot can be tough during company events.
