      Pros

      They are a private company who take care of their employees and customers. Their values of growth mindset, people first, innovation driven are exemplified in how they do business and treat their employees. The work/life balance here is amazing. I am challented and supported in the roles I fill. I get to work with amazing people each day.

      Cons

      Wavetronix isn’t for everyone. They value loyalty and expect their employees to live the company values. Some people aren’t fits for our culture. If you like the way you are and aren’t interested in growing and stretching, Wavetronix isn’t for you.

      Pros

      Company is very transparent about pretty much everything. Management is supportive and doesn't feel distant. Feels like I have time and resources to do my job with quality.

      Cons

      Separation of some of the teams makes working on larger projects that involve firmware, software, hardware, etc... a bit messy.
