I've looked everywhere and have yet to be convinced that this is not the single greatest employer in Utah. Wise leadership who walk the talk of putting their people first and putting their money where their mouth is, emphasis our growth. They are very stable and wise with their finances. Benefits are great too.

Cons

Our ever changing culture is NOT for everyone. Also we intentionally don't pay top dollar because we want people to come based on our culture and not to get the highest pay you can. Also there are some quirks about the new building that they are trying to hard to work through but does take some patience. I've heard some criticism about the lack of diversity here but I feel like compared to the rest of Utah county, we do really really well.
