Pros
The work is fast paced and rarely gets boring. It's not incredibly monotonous. The customers (depending on the store) are friendly and chatty and it makes days go by more quickly.
Cons
Management is incredibly inconsistent from store to store. Some stores follow wawa's standards to the minutest detail, some hold themselves to even more stringent standards and some go willy nilly and do whatever they want. Certain stores (looking at you Wawa on the boulevard and tyson) hold employees to unrealistic, unattainable expectations. Managers oftentimes take credit where none is due and lower level employees work their tails off for sub-standard wages.
