Business Outlook

Pros

Good community to be a part of. Flexible scheduling, happy faces, delightful customers, all surrounded by fun and outgoing coworkers.

Cons

Could be paid more according to what the average wawa customer service associate makes. Would like to be moved around more often in a more efficient manner. Actually be trained on a subject rather than be thrown into it blind, but its a good lesson to be taught, Improvising.

Pros

Opportunity to rise up and eventually work in corporate. Cool programs for students/recent grads Cool rewards program for going above and beyond (not extraordinary but really cool small gifts like movie tickets or bigger depending on points you earn.)

Cons

Work environment depends on who you work with (other CSA's). Sometimes did not like working with some of the other CSA's at the store I worked at.
