Pros

They have a very good customer base who have been mislead to believe Wawa's associates are being treated well.

Cons

Management treats everyone like an imbecile regardless of their experience or background. There is a constant push to do more and more...faster and faster. As soon as an error is made, management swoops in swiftly to locate and prostate their "incompetent" associates. Write-ups are very routine and firings occur regularly. It is a horrible work environment.

Pros

Meeting people everyday, never the same day twice, you can work as a team or do independent work if you need to get away.

Cons

10-12 hours shifts, no breaks, no appreciation. The cost of benefits continues to rise but the level of coverage gets worse and worse.
