Pros

Excellent Benefits Opportunities for growth in any direction Weekly pay Stock/401k Programs

Cons

At a store-level it may appear that you practactly live at the place. Other than that, there are no cons worth even thinking about. As long as your M-Team can interact correctly with the associates then you will have a grand ol' time. They must do some better screening in who they employ or advance up the ranks.

Pros

The biggest asset Wawa has is the people. Hands down, it is the people I work with everyday that keep me coming into work. Wawa's distinctive culture is built on a foundation of valuing the people. We work together, as an organization, to achieve goals to better the business and we value what each person brings to the table. In addition, there are plenty of career advancement opportunities.

Cons

Fast paced environment requires long/flexibe hours of availability.
