      Horrible. This company has made a turn for the worse and become corrupt.

      Pros

      Networking with the massive amounts of different customers. Benefits.

      Cons

      The favoritism and negative/hostile work environment. They say they are flexible, but even with all my time put in, its next to impossible to get the schedule you need. The inside-store scandals that go on, while HR does nothing to help, and basically chooses sides with upper management over anyone else.

      Pros

      great structure and training program, always looking to competition to find ways to improve, quick to change, great people, lots of local locations so you can always transfer if you need to

      Cons

      quick to punish people rather than simply coaching them, always adding more rules without removing old ones, not payinig enough, managers work very hard for very litte pay, turnover is so high that you're left with very few people left on the floor.

      Pros

      discounts on food, and that is pretty much it.

      Cons

      customers complain, upper management shows favoritism to certain employees, you get written up just based on customer complaints, hours are long, you never get shown any appreciation for your hard work, the raises are a joke, you never have any performance reviews, you never have any time to do the work that needs to be done, cleaning up after customers. they lie and say that they will reimburse you for tuition and that is false. after I signed up for a class, they said that they couldn't offer tuition reimbursement because I was an "M". complete an utter BS. then they made me miss half of my classes in order to work first shift.
