Pros
Wawa is a fairly good company to work for. They have solid benefits and decent pay considering the ease of the work you'd be doing. If you are in a store with a good management team and a healthy atmosphere, days breeze by.
Cons
It's a 24-hour business, and to move up into management you WILL work the overnight shift. Beyond that, more generally, the higher up you go, the more pressure you'll face to assent to requests to come in on your days off, etc.. Stores are also fairly independent, in many respects, and if you wind up in a store with a bad management team or toxic social atmosphere you could be in for a bad time with limited recourse.
