Great management and staff emphasizing the “can do” attitude for our client communities and end users of our services. I feel more welcome and part of this team than in two weeks than I did after a year at my last position!

Cons

Startup salary is quite low - we can attract more colleagues with a more competitive starting salary!

As long as you show up it’s hard to get fired cause we need people all the time. Sometimes you don’t even have to show up and it’s ok still. They people you work with in the field are nice.

Cons

There is a huge pay difference between roles and it doesn’t make sense - the people paid the least are the ones doing the most work and it’s barely noticed in any way that matters. There is a lot of big talk from management but it’s empty words and false promises. You’re either working way too much or not enough to pay bills and you’re just at their mercy for scheduling. The corporate roles and founders have such huge egos that they’ll run the company into the ground before they admit they’re way off base with everything they’re doing and how they’re treating people. z
