The team is great! There’s a great sense of camaraderie and the pay is decent.
Cons
I used to love coming to work, but since WayForth started acquiring companies, it’s turned into a toxic environment. It has turned from a small family oriented company, to a corporate entity that seems to only be focusing on how much money we can get from our clients. There’s no communication from corporate, employees are being fired, and we’re all in fear of who will be next. We are understaffed and stressed out.
