They hire more than they need.

Pros

The customers are very friendly and interested in getting all the information.

Cons

It starts with the hiring. They hire everyone and they start to fire already in the first week of training. In total 75% of the people they hired where fired already after 3 weeks of training. So if you have other offers you really should not choose Wayfair.
