Pros

Employee discount, chance to earn high commission (if you are a "sales" person).

Cons

Not great benefits, low base pay, some shift schedules are poorly setup hour wise, lack of communication

Pros

Great atmosphere. Benefits from day one, with stock equity.

Cons

Can get a big burnt out. If on the phone it is pretty much the same thing all day. Shine and you move up quickly.

Pros

Great benefits, open floor that you can ask for help easily. Snack wall was free and had pretty good snacks. Good incentive plans.

Cons

Very strict metrics. Even though I was a top revenue seller, because I didn't have sell to a high enough percentage of people I was laid off. Several others as well.
