Pros

working from home is great

Cons

everything else. the pay sucks, it is not a livable wage and the work is way too much for $15.50/hr. during peak, calls are back to back the entire 8-10 hours you work. we have to do 19 things on every phone call (i counted) all while keeping it under 10 minutes. it's exhausting. after work i don't even want to do anything but sleep. i have no motivation to work other than feeding myself. i hate this job so much. people scream at you all day and you just have to take it. managers are either rude or annoying. customers don't come first, money does. no one cares about you. ESPECIALLY if you're disabled. god forbid you need an extra break - they make you clock out for it, that's their accommodation for disabled people - paid less! how great. i'm exhausted. drained physically, mentally, and emotionally. i am so depressed working here.

Pros

If you know you'll be in need of an employee discount to furnish a home or new apartment, it's great to take advantage of and save some money. (Ex. If you're a recent college grad, and you need furniture but have no money)

Cons

Everything Else. Wayfair is so structured managers don't even know where decisions are coming down from. They require a college education for a job that a monkey could do and they want to keep you at the same level, they hype up the ability to advance but you have to jump through hoops to get there. The pay is next to nothing, I'm taking home after taxes $500 a week after taxes. (Subway is paying people more to make sandwiches) When asked about comp adjustments they just keep saying "we're working on it" and no real adjustments are made. Further, they give out random bonuses to try and keep people happy and forget about how little we really make. Half my team is working two jobs just to get by, while the billionaires at the top are sitting pretty while we all slave away.
