Pros

There are some great people there, but unfortunately they will leave too.

Cons

Terrible senior leadership in the Talent pyramid. A lack of caring and empathy for a team of people at all levels of the organization. Its all about stroking their Huge egos. This is a individual contributor company...people are rewarded and promoted on what the individual contributes. There is no team. Those that are responsible for leading teams don't have the slightest idea what that means, or how to do that while taking credit for their teams work and production. Senior leaders response to high turnover on the team is "we'll just hire better" and other senior leaders tell others on the team they are the "Wizard of Oz" the man behind the curtain...This is a review I wish someone would have written prior to me taking a position I consider the worst decision of my career.

Pros

Coworkers have been fantastic and I have learned lots from them. Managers have been hit or miss, but are pleasant and friendly at least. Opportunities are boundless given the volume of work. Incredibly good work/life balance. Managers are fiercely protective of both time off and standard working hours.

Cons

Teams tend to vary a great deal but as for my personal experience, politics tend to overwrite any actual forward progress. Promotions are heavily weighted toward time in role instead of accomplishments, which mean that effort means very little on a day to day. Raises are generally abysmal (boomeranging, ie. leaving and returning is very profitable) and recognition feels scant. Historically, management has no interest in retaining strong performers, preferring to hire externally and cycling through people.
