Pros

Decent starting job if you don't have experience or education yet

Cons

Horrible Ogden Leadership. Top leadership seems to be operations with zero understanding of team leadership. I don't believe any the managers have finished college, there seems to be an initiave to claim certain levels of leadership have MBAs when all or most have not finished college. The few I know who did have an education and experience just seem to disappear and no longer work there. Where have our leaders gone?! 😫 With great leaders disappearing there is a lack of transparency that exists in the culture and a feeling of an unsafe environment. It's really scary. I've overheard leadership make fun of certain people, certain religions, and just in general appears to be awkward with no leadership ability at all. This has slowly turned to a toxic environment under current leadership. The actual leaders are gone. I certainly am going to be looking for another job after this virus calms down and I know many others are as well. We are stuck here for now with the economy being what it is. Going to HR doesn't seem safe. They protect the company first and foremost. But again, Wayfair seems to value operations managers and not leaders or leadership ability. The leadership who did create a safe environment and who we loved to follow are gone. Employee satisfaction is about to hit a low in Ogden. Just terrible leadership ability here. Do not come to work here unless you have no college education or experience or you are desperate for a job. This is not just coming from me who works here but writing it on behalf of many others who don't have the flexibility to actually say it openly. If we want to keep our jobs we know it's best to keep quiet, put on a smile, and pretend...until we can get out. For now, it's smile and say "everything is great".
