Pros

Pay doesn't suck. But that's literally all.

Cons

Everything else does. After 2+ years of dutiful service, I can finally write my review. This was, hands down, the worst company I've ever worked for. The turnover, outrageous. The management, poor at best. We could not hold down site directors and managers, let alone sscs. The business model is not bad. It's the execution that ruins everything, large parcel delays, changing of PTO rules and accrual rates, scheduling, 'promotions' (which are really just increasing the amount of people yelling at you for an additonal .50). The company went public, it happens. But it went downhill fast and employees are no longer treated fairly or like humans at all. Also, 7 years of experience and a bachelors? For a call center? What brilliant person thoughto that up.

Pros

If you call having coffee and horribly unhealthy snacks a perk then I guess this would be the place for you. All the benefits they talk about would be great if you were actually able to take advantage of them.

Cons

The company as a whole pays very little in comparison to other companies. There is also a churn and burn mindset that is very anti-salary. Additionally, there is very little communication from departments therefore you feel as though you work in an office in which you know absolutely noone.

Cons

Be ready to work very hard with very low pay! Young and immature employees with attitudes. commute to Boston is terrible!
