Pros

The casual dress code is a plus. The people you work with are very friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

The recruiting team is very green, which can be a positive/negative thing. If you have prior recruiting experience, you’ll end up feeling frustrated by the enormous amount of admin work, the little to no actual talent evaluation you do, and the caliber of candidates you work with everyday. (It is solely volume based recruiting for the call center, so if the candidate has a pulse and can pass a computer assessment then you send them through to the hiring manager.) If you don’t have any experience, you won’t realize that you are more of a glorified recruiting coordinator vs an actual recruiter. If you remotely enjoyed, or were successful in external/agency recruiting, the tedious admin work and boredom will be brutal. Would not recommend to someone looking to make a career in recruiting.

Pros

The give away items was the only good thing about working here.

Cons

Very poor leadership, wrong people in supervisor positions. Supervisor was more worried about checking out what was in the employee give away than running their own department. Extremely heavy lifting and very poor equipment/printers and RF gun units, constantly going down. Management told about several issues but they never got fixed. Third shift was constantly in the dark and it didn't seem to matter what was done it wasn't good enough.

Pros

Pretty casual atmosphere. Pretty casual workflow. You can kind of come and go whenever so long as you get your work done.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities to branch out. Not a lot of recognition from managers or fellow employees. My hiring manager though I was a new hire...I've been here for 3 years, if that tells you anything about the atmosphere. People aren't friendly or inviting here. It gets your foot in the door but get out quick before that foot gets stuck. They under value their employees too. You'll get more pay somewhere else.
