gaslighting culture, mass layoffs changed to quiet layoffs to avoid bad press, no real development, low salary for lvl1-2 employees, extremely inflexible in terms of WFH, unreliable and not trustworthy employer, cost cuts to the point that people lost access microsoft office tools although they are needed for a multitude of tools, scammy internal mobility system (if you apply for a higher position you have to work 6 months for the same money as on the lower position to "prove yourself").
