Pros
Pod outings, the sales team has a great environment, Very easy to take time off, discounts, team swag, raffles during the holidays, and insurance.
Cons
PAY, they started to add more work however, the pay didn't change, we started having an excessive amount of team mergers and layoffs, the bonus structure got worse with every update. When they started hiring outside managers, the amount of assistance and guidance went downhill since managers were not trained properly. KPI's have gotten extremely strict, and they basically micro-manage now. Used to have VTO, which helped with a work-life balance, but they took it back.
