Pros

Decent benefits and great peers

Cons

High turnover rate due to poor leadership. Opportunities for advancement are sparse. Pay increases are slow to few and senior leadership is disconnected from lower level employees proving that they are replaceable.

Pros

Good salary ok benifits a lot possibilities to grow

upper managment (directors +) seems don't know where to go, so it's create even more chaos, constant "musical chairs" and changes really bad support for testing of code and dev environment overall

Pros

Hummm.....your co workers and some managers. Beware for the ones that pretend to have your back but throw you under the bus the 1st chance they get.

Cons

I have been with this company almost 3yrs. Been promoted a few times even. Never had a single issue of work avoidance or metric manipulating until i got on fmla. Now because their systems are trash and hold your fmla against you ultimately causing you to take less customer calls, paying you for the pto you earned, never getting holidays off, contacting the sickline if you are going to be out via fmla and then getting points for a NCNS. Putting in tickets or reaching out to your mgr about the issues then they throw you under the bus when they said not to worry about the broken system yet next thing you know your in a meeting with upper mgmt. I have saved every document to prove that as soon as i got on fmla for my legit health issues they have been nit picking my points and attendance even though myself and other coworkers always abide by their fmla guidelines. I'm not the first or only person with these issues but instead of fixing the problem they would rather just find a reason why a great employee who works from home under fmla should be fired when they have always given their all to their job and spoke so highly about this company. Dont work here unless you will never have any physical or mental health issues, if you cant keep up with their crazy metrics, getting put on a review for separation plan if you work hard but dont bonus or essentially get your upper mgrs their bonuses. They will find something to get rid of you for. Google wayfair and fmla and you will see..... Word to the wise, report them for what they do or else they will never change and continue to hurt people who are trying their best and always providing the best customer service for a company that stopped caring about their employees once they got big. Never again will i refer another person or customer to a discriminatory company
