Pros
It is a good resume booster to work at Wayfair for a period of time. Most people last 2-3 years then leave. It is a good location and has a nice office space in Back Bay.
Cons
The EA team at Wayfair has become a heiracitical nightmare. Recently they transitioned into a pyramid where EA's report into other EA's in the same department, then there is a head EA who is immature, has little EQ and zero experience. It is painfully difficult to work with the EA managers and even more difficult to get promoted unless you are brown-nosing every other EA in the organization. The turnover rate is high across the whole company including the EA team for many reasons. Their pay is not enough to deal with the politics on this team. I wouldn't suggest working here as an executive assistant. It gave me extreme anxiety for the years I worked for the top executives - it generally is not worth the brand name. Find higher pay and better culture elsewhere.
